Why is there a 5-seat minimum?
Pro has a 5-seat minimum on monthly billing as well; annual billing keeps the same minimum.
Does the annual plan auto-renew?
The annual term is a 12-month prepayment. Before it ends we’ll email you to renew for another year.
Can I add seats mid-year?
Yes. Additional seats are prorated to the end of your current annual term.
I'm already on Pro monthly. Can I switch?
Yes. Purchase Pro Annual with your seat count and reply to the confirmation email with your workspace name; we’ll apply the annual term and stop the monthly charge.
